(Toning up) - I’ve lost weight and come SO far, I’m not giving up.
- Put my weights up at the gym a lot more. - Increase the amount of stomach exercises I do and make them harder. - Increase my calorie burning to at least 500 calories per gym session. - Gym at least 3 times a week, no excuses. - Cycle more.
- Book a holiday for the 1st of September. - Save up holiday money! - A day on the mainland shopping with Jamie. - Help dad get settled in his new flat. - Gain more confidence. - Get out more - even if it’s on your larry. / Spend more time with family. - Take more pictures and print them for University!
